Billing

Every charge accrues to an itemized ledger you can inspect on the Billing page: media delivery, the platform fee, plan subscriptions, AI usage, and any overages. Payments and credits appear on the same ledger, so the balance you see is always the signed sum of the line items.

Your wallet

Accounts run on a prepaid wallet. Signing up is free; add funds when you are ready to launch. Top-ups earn a 2% bonus credit and are taken on our payment processor's secure page ($25 to $10,000 per top-up; new accounts can add up to $5,000 in their first 30 days).

• Daily set-aside: each running campaign needs a daily budget. Before a day starts, that day's budget plus the platform fee and a 5% delivery buffer is set aside from your wallet. Activating a campaign or raising its daily budget sets aside the difference right away.
• Pay for delivery only: as a campaign delivers, money moves from set aside to charged. Anything a campaign didn't spend is released after midnight Eastern.
• Running short: we email you in the early evening if tomorrow's budgets need more than your wallet has. If a campaign's day can't be covered, that campaign pauses and restarts on its own as soon as you add funds.
• Other charges: plan fees and AI features also draw from the wallet and need funds available first.

Billing shows three numbers: Balance (what's in your wallet), Set aside (held for running campaigns), and Available (free for new campaigns and budget increases). A refunded or disputed top-up is removed from the wallet, bonus included.

Card billing and invoiced terms (net-30 +1%, net-60 +2%) are available to qualified accounts after review. Contact support to apply.

Plans

Pick Free, Growth, Agency, or Headless on Console → Billing. Enterprise is available through support. Your plan sets the base media take rate, monthly SaaS fee, and capacity limits (workspaces, users, client portal logins, custom domains, Autopilot slots). Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately: take rate updates right away, and a day-prorated charge or credit posts to the ledger for the rest of the month. Downgrades are blocked if your current usage exceeds the lower tier; remove extras or upgrade instead.

Media pricing

Media is billed at delivered spend plus a platform fee that depends on your plan (12% on Free down to 5% on Enterprise) with automatic volume discounts: −1 point above $100k/month and −2 points above $500k/month. Delivered spend reconciles daily against the delivery source of record; corrections post as labelled true-up lines rather than silent edits.

Spend protection

Campaigns only deliver on money already set aside, so a wallet can't run up a bill. If charges ever exceed what's in the wallet (for example a refunded top-up), campaigns pause right away and restart once the wallet is topped back up. On card billing or invoiced terms, an outstanding balance past your limit steps through a ladder: a warning, then new activations are blocked after 24 hours, then campaigns pause after 48 hours (immediately at 120% of the limit). Settling the balance reverses every step.

Payment security

Cards are collected and stored by our PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor through a hosted form: card numbers never touch our servers. Receipts and invoices are emailed to your billing contact.
